Communications Regulatory Authority in Italy (AGCOM)

The Communications Regulatory Authority is an independent body established by Law No 249 of 31 July 1997. Like the other under the Italian authorities, the NRA must report on its activities to the Parliament, which established its powers, defined its bylaws and elected its components.
